Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our team.
